A major £220 million project that aims to cut congestion in Wales has started in the Vale of Glamorgan.
Over 12 miles of track and over 300 signals will be replaced as part of the scheme by National Rail. Seven new platforms will be added to the Cardiff and Valleys network with a brand new station being build in Energlyn.
