Our national client base covers a wide range of industries and ranges from individuals and owner managed businesses, to large corporations and public sector organisations. We have multiple offices across the UK and are an independent member firm of RSM International, the 7th largest global accounting network.
RSM Tenon puts clients at the heart of everything we do. We strive to achieve this goal through excellent people providing excellent client service.
We provide another alternative to university which allows you to develop a professional career and gain valuable hands on experience whilst studying for accountancy qualifications. We have vacancies within our Audit teams nationally.
Companies with a turnover of up to £20million per annum tend to form the majority of the client base. Our client base is diverse, providing the opportunity to learn about different types of organisations from varying industry sectors.
Aside from the statutory audit of the financial statements of companies, the department handles specialist work such as the audits of pension schemes, charities and grants claims as well as bespoke work such as due diligence and other transaction-related projects.
Our trainees play a key role in supporting the work described above and gain tremendous experience to provide top quality career development. You will benefit from on the job training from more senior members of the team, as well as joining peers on internal training courses that will develop you as an individual.
You will become involved in client work very quickly, initially working as part of a larger team – perhaps taking responsibility for specific audit tests or aspects of the audit file.
