We provide another alternative to university which allows you to develop a professional career and gain valuable hands on experience whilst studying for accountancy qualifications. We have vacancies within our Outsourcing teams nationally.
Outsourcing is when a business (our client) engages another service provider (us) to execute back office functions such as finance, HR, payroll and IT etc. The majority of our client base is family owner- managed businesses with a turnover ranging up to £5 million. Our client base is diverse, providing the opportunity to learn about different types of organisations from varying industry sectors.
The benefits of outsourcing one or more of the back-office functions include the reduction of risk, improved performance or on cost benefits. These criteria tend to apply to areas of accounting, HR, payroll, expense management, invoicing or financial reporting.
Our trainees play a key role in supporting the work described above and gain tremendous experience to provide top quality career development. You will benefit from on the job training from more senior members of the team, as well as joining peers on internal training courses that will develop you as an individual.
You will become involved in client work very quickly, initially working as part of a larger team – perhaps taking responsibility for preparation of accounts and associated work, allowing experience to be gained in a number of areas such as tax.
The depth of services and clients you will be exposed to early in your career will provide you with a jump start into the varied world of accountancy. We will expose you to the skills you require to become a true trusted advisor to your clients in the future.
