Places are available in our Life Insurance business in Swindon, our General Insurance business in Fareham and our Global Corporate Insurance business in London. On the formal two-year graduate development programme, you’ll benefit from a range of activities designed to develop your career-enhancing skills. Following this, you will continue for a third year in finance where you will further embed your technical skills through practical application and gain your professional qualification.
You’ll receive financial support for your chosen professional qualification and a suitable amount of study leave. As well as attaining professional status, through the combination of training, development and working experience, you’ll also be assigned a mentor to help you gain your CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification.

To succeed, you will have the following skills and qualifications:

• Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
• 280 UCAS points (or equivalent)
