Finance Graduate Programme
Benefit from on-the-job experience and formal study as you work towards becoming a chartered accountant. During the programme, you’ll rotate through three one-year placements, each in a different area of our business. At the same time, you’ll study towards a professional qualification in accountancy, which will be fully funded by AXA.
You could be based at any one of our core finance sites across the UK. Of course, you’ll have the opportunity to move around offices, depending on the business unit your placement’s in. And the placements themselves? They could be in Finance, Risk or Group Internal Audit; you could even find yourself working in the Executive Office of the AXA UK Chief Financial Officer.
Who should apply?
We need you to be good with figures. But that doesn’t mean you have to have a maths or statistics background. You should, however, have or expect to achieve a 2:1 degree (or above) in any discipline/subject. And while we don’t expect you to know everything about accountancy or economics, we do expect you to be a quick and keen learner, ready to make the most of the opportunities that you’re given.
