Our Audit, Accounts and Outsourcing (A&O) and Tax teams are looking for talented undergraduates to join us on our 1-year  Placement Scheme.

Placement students could be based in any of our three regions: Kent, Sussex and London.

Our 2024 Placement Scheme is due to start at the end of August 2024, however earlier start dates may be considered depending on the team/location.

Our placement scheme 

Our Placement Scheme offers a great opportunity to work in an award-winning  B Corp™ certified professional services firm with over 200 years experience.

As a firm we provide a full range of accountancy, business advisory and financial services, tailored to our clients’ needs. Placement Students will be learning ‘on the job’ alongside colleagues and getting involved with our clients right from the beginning of your career with us.

We’ll support you throughout your placement year with regular reviews and feedback, as well as the opportunity to attend internal training courses.

A Placement Year with Kreston Reeves provides excellent hands-on experience for university undergraduate students looking to gain valuable training and experience, which provide a launch pad for your career and give you an insight into the world of accountancy.

We develop long term relationships with our placement students and if the placement goes well, you may be offered a role on our professional graduate training programme after you have completed your degree.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for undergraduates who meet the following criteria:

  • On track to achieve at least a 2:1 in your degree, any discipline is considered, however preference would be given to those with a relevant degree
  • ‘Good’ A Levels, or equivalent (ideally A*– C)
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) grade 5– 9 (grade C and above)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and passionate
  • Excellent work ethic, driven and highly motivated
  • Effective time and task management skills

  • £20,500 pa for roles based in our Kent and Sussex offices
  • £21,500 pa for roles based in our London office
