What we’re looking for
We’re looking for school-leaver candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Good A levels, or equivalent (A*– C)
- GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent, grade 5– 9 (grade C and above)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and passionate
- Excellent work ethic, driven and highly motivated
- Effective time and task management skills
