RSM Tenon is the largest provider of Internal Audit to the public sector. Internal Audit helps organisations to achieve their objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of Risk Management, Control and Governance processes. Risks that prevent them from meeting these objectives are identified and we suggest controls that can be put in place to either reduce the change of the risk happening or to reduce the impact.
