What does our corporate finance team do?
Our team is one of the most active corporate finance advisers in the UK, advising on more than 1,000 deals in the past five years. Our national network is broadly split into five distinct services, two of which are financial modelling and valuations.
Financial Modelling – The financial modelling team review and build complex financial models that help businesses make critical decisions. This includes cash flow forecasts that can be used to support a company sale, purchase or merger. Our work helps clients calculate the financial impact of a business decision under a range of scenarios. This helps them manage risk and take confident decisions about their future path.
Valuations – The valuations team provides independent and insightful valuation advice to clients in the UK mid-market, with a focus on AIM listed Plcs and PE-backed private companies. The advice can be relied upon by our clients for a variety of purposes – from straight commercial transactions, through corporate restructurings, tax planning, financial reporting, and expert witness work in a dispute scenario.
Financial modelling and valuations services are provided by our project finance, modelling and valuations team based in London.
