Your training and development

Our extensive school leaver and graduate training programmes provide our Trainees with a great head start in the industry. We offer a unique blend of external training for a professional qualification, alongside in-house technical and soft skills development training. Our approach to the development of our Trainees quickly builds the core skills needed to deliver in their role, providing a full mix of practical experience and theoretical training to lay the foundations for a successful career with Baker Tilly.

You’ll need to bring a minimum of five GCSEs at grades A to C (including at least a grade B in Maths and English Language), or a minimum of five Standard Grades at grades 1 to 3 (including at least a grade 2 in Maths and English Language). Plus at least 280 UCAS points (excluding General Studies), or equivalent and a minimum of a 2.1 expected or obtained degree (or an ordinary degree if studying or obtained from a Scottish university). But we’ll be looking for more than just academic achievement. We’d like to see something out of the ordinary, the kind of uniqueness that makes you, you.
