UHY Hacker Young will be training you to be a business adviser, not just an auditor. So your work will form the central part of your overall training and development. Our staff are trained to be ‘commercially aware’ and to respond to the problems and issues affecting the businesses of our clients. At first you will be based in one of our audit and investigation groups and work as part of a team carrying out client assignments. Inevitably, the nature of the work and individual assignments vary from office to office. But the range of client assignments and breadth of experience available within the UHY Hacker Young Group will stretch you and help you to gain a solid understanding of the business world.

Our Process in London

After you complete an application form at our dedicated website, our recruitment team will acknowledge receipt and contact you with the next steps.
In January 2015 through to March 2015, along with an English test, we hold our first interviews. The interview will be with one of our Audit managers, and the content of your application will be discussed as part of this process.
We believe interviews should be a two way process, so in addition to this, you will also get the opportunity to tour our offices and ask questions about the training and how we will support you through your studies.
If you are successful following your first interview you will be asked back to attend one of our assessment sessions in the Easter holidays in 2015. As well as a variety of tests and an interview with one of our partners you will get the opportunity to meet some of our current Trainee and qualified auditors.
