The team provide the flexibility and responsiveness of a small firm, together with the wide range of services and support that you would expect from a large firm.

Support & Training

The Firm is a member of SWATuk, a training consortium, who provide a number of courses that are designed to provide you with the maximum benefit from your practical experience. At Buzzacott, you’ll play a part in the firm’s success from day one – allowing you greater recognition, higher visibility and the opportunity to take on real responsibility at an earlier stage in your career.

Training consists of a combination of courses at the tutors’ offices, private study and regular tests, as well as on the job training. Paid study leave is granted and course and examination fees are paid for first attempts.
From the moment your training begins you will be assigned to a Manager who will act as your Counsellor. They will monitor and support your professional and personal development and monitor your ICAEW exam success.
