Joining the Hillier Hopkins graduate scheme means engaging in a friendly and approachable environment, in which support and teamwork is central. A key to our continued success is through the professional training and development of our people.
We provide a personal and proactive service with a bespoke approach, treating every client and their circumstances as unique. This approach allows us to tailor our advice and support to our clients.
As a top 50 firm of Chartered Accountants we will give you a greater degree of involvement with our clients and more responsibility from an early stage than the big four firms. You will gain an understanding of the different types of audit and accountancy work and how they compliment each other. At the end of the programme you will be a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW)

The role of the accountant continues to develop into the role of consultant and business adviser, and is fast becoming the first port of call for many clients to discuss business ideas and developments before taking action. The understanding you gain from close and regular contact with clients is key to developing trust and mutual respect, which makes for a rewarding relationship.
