An opportunity has arisen to join Mercer & Hole’s Corporate Finance department. This role will be based in our London office and you will work alongside the team on a wide variety of assignments including lead advisory work, financial due diligence, valuations, fund raising, bank lending reviews, forensic accounting and expert witness work.
Your main responsibilities will include researching businesses, collating and analysing financial information, assisting in the preparation of documentation, attending client meetings etc. We operate across all industry sectors and our clients range from private individuals, to entrepreneurs and smaller owner-managed businesses, to corporates and banks.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a growing team where on the job training will be provided as well as study support towards a professional Corporate Finance or Accounting qualification.
In order to be successful in the role you should have an interest in Corporate Finance, with an inquisitive and analytical mind.  You must be good with people, so strong communication skills are essential.  You will also be focused, self motivated and able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
We are interested in hearing from candidates who can demonstrate a good academic track record including:
A 2:2 degree (all degree subjects will be considered)
A minimum of 280 UCAS points (excluding General Studies)
