Our trainees form our future so we need people who are keen to develop their interpersonal and business development skills while mastering both the technical and professional aspects of our work.

When you have an ACA training contract at Lubbock Fine, you will be working towards a valuable professional qualification gained through great practical experience, on-the-job training, a linked study course paid for by the firm and the chance to develop a wide range of individual skills.
We recruit up to five trainees every year to join a special first year group, under the supervision of our training partner. Working with us will quickly provide you with a constructive insight into the core of our business.
Through this graduate accountancy training, you will be encouraged to take a positive role in a stimulating environment, involving yourself in the decision making process throughout each assignment. It all combines to give you a thorough understanding of how accountancy works in practice.
