Caden Strategy is a boutique strategy consulting firm providing market intelligence, strategy development and acquisition support to business leaders.
Our principal focus is the Food & Beverage industry, but we are frequently asked to work in related as well as other industries.
Our assignments typically consist of one or more of the following streams:

The firm was established in 2013 by David Caden, who has 20 years of international consulting experience. David’s clients have included Mondelez International, Mars, Muller and Fonterra in Food & Beverage, and Nike, DHL Exel and Lend Lease in other industries.
Working at Caden Strategy
We are a small team of individuals that enjoy working together. We are all commercial, highly inquisitive and resourceful. We like to work very closely with clients (rather than in parallel with them) and to empower them to take strategic decisions with knowledge and confidence.
Our house style is humble but direct. Something our clients (and employees) really seem to appreciate.
You will learn on the job by working closely with experienced professionals and by being exposed to the full scope of a project (from proposal to final recommendations). You will also get the chance to work with small-medium sized enterprises as well as multi-nationals. The multi-nationals will look good on your CV but you may be surprised how much you can learn from smaller clients!
We will challenge you and you will (inevitably) make mistakes. But we will take the time to ensure you learn from your mistakes and grow.
