The benefits of training with Gravita

Gravita’s Early Careers Programme is designed for ambitious, forward-thinking people looking to pursue an ACA, ACCA or ATT qualification. The programme combines college-based learning with hands-on experience, giving you a strong balance between technical training and practical client work.

Over the course of three years, you will progress from entry level to becoming a fully qualified accountant through a structured mix of technical training, practical case work and client-facing experience. By the end of the programme, the aim is for you to be fully qualified, promoted to Senior Associate and ready to take the lead, applying the skills and knowledge you have developed throughout your journey at Gravita.
