We have tailored our StepStone graduate recruitment programme to create managers and partners of the future. Our approach to training differs from other firms in that we aim to provide our trainees with an all round accoutancy experience. Not only will you have a comprehensive four week induction programme when you begin employment with us, but you will also undertake substantial work experience in all areas of our business during the first three years of training. On top of that, you will also work towards your ICAEW qualification.
