What will I be doing in the corporate restructuring graduate programme?
Our corporate restructuring graduate scheme is designed to support your learning and development. You will work as part of the corporate restructuring team while studying for the ACCA qualification with the opportunity to take further qualifications after qualifying. The variety of clients we work with provides you with a well-rounded experience, and the structure of our teams allows you the opportunity to gain knowledge from and exposure to senior managers and partners throughout your training and beyond.
Our graduate scheme in corporate restructuring focuses on helping financially distressed businesses, whether this be by winding down a company in a way to generate the best possible return for shareholders or creditors than would have otherwise been possible, or advising directors on how best to avoid having to enter a winding up process altogether.
As a graduate in the corporate restructuring team, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including; assisting in the preparation of insolvency documentation, investigating company accounts to identify and evidence potential legal claims, and conducting financial analysis that is included in advisory reports.
