Our StepStone Programme:
Created in 2010 especially for graduates, StepStone is Price Bailey’s unique training programme designed to create highly skilled accountants and business advisors of the future.
Our approach to training differs from larger and other medium sized firms, in that we aim to provide our trainees with an all round accountancy experience. Not only will you have a comprehensive induction programme when you begin employment with us, introducing you to our people and our services; but you will also undertake substantial work experience in the key areas of our business during the first three years of your training. On top of that, you will also work towards your ICAEW (ACA) qualification to become a chartered accountant.
What’s involved?
Price Bailey’s strategies for the next few years are built around adding value to clients and we endeavour to do that through every service we provide. This means that we put our clients’ needs at the core of everything we do and we are continually looking for ways to improves their businesses. To be able to do this, our people must have a thorough understanding of what services we are able to offer to our clients, This is why we are so keen for our trainees to get a taster of each service during their first few years.
In addition, we have created a dedicate induction programme which has been created to give you a taster of our organisational culture, an awareness of how we operate as a business and of course some technical tuition to stand you in food stead for your future role.
