We are one of the only firms to offer our graduates a permanent employment contract rather than a fixed term training contract during your studies. We believe we should offer our trainees continued job security not just until you qualify, but beyond.

In addition to offering our university graduates a permanent opportunity with our business, we are currently the only firm in the UK to offer a bespoke Level 7 combined apprenticeship programme for those who have graduated in courses other than just Accountancy and Finance. We are seeking diversity in our graduates and are keen to offer an alternative route for those interested in a career in chartered accountancy. This bespoke programme allows you to become fully qualified in ACA within four years without having to have specialised in an accountancy-based degree, by combining important elements of the AAT qualification into the apprenticeship to prepare our students for the ACA and give them the base knowledge that they need.

Of course, this does not exclude those who have decided early on that chartered accountancy is for them. If you have graduated in an accountancy-based degree, we are keen to have you on board! We offer a fully funded 3-year training programme setting you on your way to becoming ACA qualified with the fastest growing firm in the U.K.
