Each year, we recruit a mixture of graduates and school leavers to undertake professional training. These trainees share key abilities and qualifications:
- a good track record of working in teams
- excellent communication skills
- a 2:1 degree, or higher, in any discipline (not necessary for AAT positions)
- minimum of 22 UCAS points or 280 points at A/AS level, all gained in the same year and excluding General Studies
We’ll make sure you have the right experience, personal development and training to make your career stimulating and rewarding. We will carefully balance your practical experience to reinforce your professional training. Combined, these two crucial elements will help you achieve your qualification. Of course, qualifying demands hard work. To get through the regular exams, you must be prepared for periods of intensive home study (15 hours a week is typical) in addition to formal study leave. But you are not on your own. Along with your peers, you will be assigned mentors who will support and guide you as well as dedicated tutors who will ensure your progress and development is on track.
