We’ve been helping individuals and businesses across Oxfordshire and beyond for over 90 years. Founded in Banbury in 1931, we now have offices in Banbury and Witney and a team of over 50 people. We work with everyone from local start-ups to long-established businesses, supporting them with accounts, tax, audit, payroll and business advice.

What we’re looking for
We’re not expecting you to know everything – we’re looking for potential.
You’ll do well here if you are:
- Focused, with a right first time approach to work and study
- Enthusiastic, resilient, and willing to work and study hard
- Strong academic performance (A-levels, degree or equivalent), or demonstrable capability through relevant experience
- Comfortable working with numbers and interacting with clients and staff at all levels
- Logical, and have an inquisitive approach to work
- Precise, with excellent attention to detail
- Happy to receive feedback, and able to act positively upon review points
- Able to reliably travel to your main base
