As a Part Qualified Audit & Business Advisory Associate you will be involved in audits both on-site and remote, as well as preparing financial statements for a range of entities. This is a client-facing role where no two days are the same, allowing you to gain a wealth of experience. Our client base covers sectors such as media, financial markets, manufacturing, retail and lots more. In addition to sectors, we also have a variety of different sized clients, ranging from small owner managed businesses to large international groups and listed companies. As a Part Qualified Audit & Business Advisory Associate you will not be confined to one sector or client size, which will allow you develop well rounded knowledge and business acumen.

We expect you to support the Audit Senior and Audit Manager in delivering audits efficiently whilst supporting more junior team members. You will begin to develop the skills of an Audit Senior, gaining exposure to risk assessment, planning and completion. As you progress your career you will develop an understanding of the industries and sectors that interest and stimulate you. The Programme

Our Audit & Business Advisory Associate programme is designed to give you the qualifications, skills and experiences you need to embark on a rewarding career.

During the programme, you’ll be learning, gaining real-work experience and studying towards your ACA qualification. We are also open to our employees completing the ACA CTA Joint Programme.

The Package

In addition to offering a competitive salary £33,000 +, we will also cover the costs of your training / qualifications and a variety of additional benefits.

Entry Requirements

It is preferred that applicants will have achieved either a 2:1 degree from a university, however, a 2:2 degree will be considered, or have completed the AAT route. The subject of your degree is not important, we are more interested in the characteristics and skill sets of the applicant, which are discussed in further detail below.
