We’re proud to say many of our current managers and partners started their journey here as trainees—just like you can. We recruit twice a year for both our CFAB (Level 4 Apprenticeship) and ACA (Level 7 Apprenticeship) programmes, with start dates in January and August.

Get Stuck In from Day One
Right from the start, you’ll be part of a team working with real clients—from small local businesses to global companies. You won’t be stuck doing the same thing every day. Instead, you’ll get experience in audit, accounting, tax, and even special projects like business investigations or company sales. You’ll be learning by doing—and making a real impact.

Learn and Earn
You’ll study with First Intuition, one of the UK’s top training providers, just a short walk from our London office. We’ll pay for your courses and exams (first attempts), and give you paid study leave so you can focus. You’ll also get tutor support, regular feedback from your team, and advice from colleagues who’ve been where you are now.

And if something doesn’t go to plan, we’ll support you and work out the best next steps together.

Ongoing Support and Progress
Every six months, we’ll review how you’re doing. You’ll get honest, helpful feedback and clear goals to keep you moving forward. Whether you’re on the CFAB or ACA path, we’re here to help you succeed—both in your exams and in the workplace.
